Well lets just say yes I am still alive and no I have not forgotten you, my dear bloggie. The fact is there is NOTHING great and wonderful going on in my life that is worth blogging about.....So instead of blogging about something great and wonderful, or sad and tragic for that matter, I am going to give you.........me. Let me start with School.....I told a friend some days ago that school was a....and I quote..."a bad word"...wellllll let me kindly upgrade that....the 's' word is a "no good, very bad, terrible, horrible, nasty, disgusting" word. I knew it was getting bad when I started to have NIGHTMARES about my Humanities Professor and his deadly boring voice. Between the quizzes in Psych, the boring Humanities, and the healthiness of Nutrition, it is amazing that I have not gone COMPLETELY NUTZO!

What hours I do not spend at home, church, or school I am covered in my lovely navy scrubs playing nurse maid to every sick dog in Tulsa....well maybe not every dog :) As weird as this sounds working at Chimney Hills has been a bright spot in my life this last year. The clinic and the employees that work there are not perfect, by any means, I know what to expect when I go there.....If the doc is in a good mood we will do our jobs and laugh, joke around and have a good time. If the doc is in a bad mood we (the techs) will laugh and joke around when he is not around and walk on egg shells and be on our best behavior when he is around. Easy as one two three ;)

At home life is....intiresting....here is a normal morning at home for me..... It starts at 4:30 in the morning when dad brings Ramsey's carrier into my room. I, in a sleepy fog, get up put on enough cloths to be presentable and take my little guy out side hopping he will hurry up and find a spot to puddle. Then it is inside to fill his little Buddha belly and hope that he will feel like sleeping for a few more hours....If he is not in the mood to sleep I get to lay in the bed and listen to him fuss at is monkey, roll around and play with the blanket, do my best to keep my hair out of his mouth, and basically try my best to stay awake. When it is time to get up it is back outside to puddle again and into the house to play with Chloe. It has been quite an experience since he came home but it is worth every bit of it.

I guess I have to stop there...time to go get lunch with Tyler....

Lots O' Stuff ;)

Well Well Well....I sure do have a lot to say, I mean type....I dont know where to begin.
Let us start with Spring Break...Yehaw! (said very dryly and with no enthusiasm). Dont get me wrong I love Spring break but it is just not the same for me anymore. For me it is two days off of school and one extra day of work....Yeahzers. It does make for a good paycheck though. Notice I did not mention the fact that I have one paper to write and an exam to study for...yeah not talking about that;P
On the up side of things we had a great weekend, which included youth service and a girls night out. Youth Service was awesome! Sometimes we get so wrapped up in what is going wrong in our lives that we forget that those around us are going through something as well. It might amaze you to find out how helpful it is to reach out and help someone else instead of always focusing on your self. I know it has changed my perspective of things.....Anywayz nuf preachin....
Girls night out.....Not much to say...you know us old ladies....no secretes here...we worked on a puzzle...talked a little (not much...just a little) and then went to bed ;P No honestly..I have to say I have been blessed to have some of the greatest friends on the face of the earth. Marissa and Brittany have been consistent sources of strength, at times they have kept me humble (wondering through Wal-Mart yelling BWOOKE BWOOKE YOU LIKE OREOS??) they have witnessed some of my blond moments (which are few and far between....at least that is what I will tell you) and they have provided endless hours of much needed laughter. LOVE YOU GIRLIES!
Now my dear bloggies, let me introduce you to someone new....
Meet my newest addition to the family....Ramsey.

It will be two months tomorrow since Watson died but it feels like MUCH longer. I still miss Watson but the good memories are taking the place of the nightmare of his last night.
Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to bury Watty as soon as I did....and never did I expect to have TWO puppies two months later. I can already see I am going to need all the patients and paper towels that I can get my hands on :)

Toodles!!

Addiction

My first time was several years ago....that one time was all it took to hook me for life. I can't explain it....
It is the anticipation, the excitement,
the dimmed lights, the loud music,
the colorful clothing,
the romance
it is......
BROADWAY!!!

Ok Ok maybe it is just Tulsa Preforming Arts Center but it is as close as this Okie can get to Broadway :)

The first Broadway production I saw was the Phantom of the Opera. It was A.W.E.S.O.M.E!! Since them I have seen Legally Blond, Wicked (twice), The Wizard of Oz, and now I can add this one to the list...

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST!!!

It has always been a favorite of mine and I was thrilled when I head it was coming to town.

Our seats were great

The actors/actress were incredible

Costumes were great

The stage and lighting was amazing

and the music....I loved the music;)

The above picture is of Gaston (dude on the barrel) and company. Think egotistical redneck...:) this was one of my favorite scenes. And my favorite character...well one of my favorite....is not pictured, his name, Lefou (pronounced lay-foo). Lefou was Gaston's sidekick and your typical clumsy dim whit.

Bloggies meet Lumiere, another of my favorite characters. HUMMM.....how to describe Lumiere....think french playboy doomed to live in the form of candlestick.

Not the best picture, I know, but this is the stage before the show started.

We had really good seats....all the empty seats in front of us filled up really quickly. We were told this was the ninth show in a row that was completely sold out...not a single seat left.

My fellow viewers ;) Marissa and Brooklyn

Need I say that I had a wonderful time again?? Well for those of you who are not very good at reading between the lines, or reading at all for that matter, let me tell you I HAD A GREAT TIME!
HUMM.... I must say I look pretty good in these pictures for someone who is making an addition to the family in two weeks :)
